This collection is named after the colour of the clay I used. The clay has a variety of grey tones and a very soft and smooth touch. I used a glaze which lets the grey clay shine through and its colour ranges between brown, grey and white. The exciting thing about the combination of the grey clay with this glaze is that it reveals the usually hidden marks from the working process. These marks have an aesthetic function and create a very interesting and unique structure on every piece.
